TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion Period: 25 August 2026 – 20 September 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the Rainbow Mystery™ Golden Ticket Giveaway.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Rainbow Mystery ("Rainbow Mystery", "we", "us" or the "Promoter").

2. Promotion

The promotion is the Rainbow Mystery™ Golden Ticket Giveaway ("Promotion").

There are three (3) separate Golden Ticket prizes available.

Each Golden Ticket entitles the verified winner to:

AUD $250 CASH

paid by electronic bank transfer.

There are:

3 × Golden Tickets

AUD $250 cash per Golden Ticket

Total Prize Pool: AUD $750

The Promotion is divided into three separate Draw Periods, with one Golden Ticket winner randomly selected from the valid entries received during each Draw Period.

Each Eligible Dumpling purchased = one (1) entry.

3. Promotional Period and Draw Periods

The overall Promotion commences at:

7:00pm AEST on 25 August 2026

and closes at:

11:59pm AEST on 20 September 2026.

The Promotion is divided into the following three Draw Periods:

DRAW PERIOD 1

Opens: 7:00pm AEST on 25 August 2026
Closes: 11:59pm AEST on 7 September 2026
Draw Date: 8 September 2026
Prize: Golden Ticket #1 — AUD $250 cash

DRAW PERIOD 2

Opens: 12:00am AEST on 8 September 2026
Closes: 11:59pm AEST on 14 September 2026
Draw Date: 15 September 2026
Prize: Golden Ticket #2 — AUD $250 cash

DRAW PERIOD 3

Opens: 12:00am AEST on 15 September 2026
Closes: 11:59pm AEST on 20 September 2026
Draw Date: 21 September 2026
Prize: Golden Ticket #3 — AUD $250 cash

An Eligible Dumpling purchased during a Draw Period generates one entry into the draw corresponding to that Draw Period.

Entries do not carry forward into subsequent Draw Periods.

Orders placed before 7:00pm AEST on 25 August 2026 or after 11:59pm AEST on 20 September 2026 do not generate entries.

4. Eligibility

Subject to applicable Australian laws, the Promotion is open to Australian residents who purchase at least one Eligible Dumpling as part of an Eligible Order through the official Rainbow Mystery website during the Promotional Period.

Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Where reasonably required, a prize won by a person under 18 may be claimed with the involvement or consent of their parent or legal guardian.

The following persons are not eligible:

  • owners or persons involved in the management of Rainbow Mystery;

  • persons directly involved in conducting the Promotion or determining the winners; and

  • any other person prohibited from participating under applicable law.

5. How to Enter

No separate entry form, promotional code or additional entry fee is required.

To receive entries, an eligible person must successfully purchase one or more Eligible Dumplings through the official Rainbow Mystery website during the Promotional Period.

For each Eligible Dumpling purchased:

ONE (1) DUMPLING = ONE (1) ENTRY

Accordingly:

1 Eligible Dumpling = 1 entry

3 Eligible Dumplings = 3 entries

6 Eligible Dumplings = 6 entries

Where an Eligible Order contains multiple Eligible Dumplings, each Eligible Dumpling generates a separate entry.

For example:

An order containing 6 Eligible Dumplings = 6 entries.

If a customer places multiple Eligible Orders during the same Draw Period, the Eligible Dumplings purchased across those orders generate additional entries into that Draw Period.

The monetary value of an order does not independently determine the number of entries.

The number of entries is determined by the number of Eligible Dumplings purchased.

There is no separate fee charged for entry into the Promotion.

Products are purchased at their advertised retail prices, subject to ordinary sales, discounts or promotional pricing offered by Rainbow Mystery.

6. Eligible Dumplings and Eligible Orders

For the purposes of this Promotion:

"Eligible Dumpling"

means a Rainbow Mystery dumpling product designated by Rainbow Mystery as qualifying for the Promotion and purchased through the official Rainbow Mystery website during the Promotional Period.

Unless expressly excluded on the website or in these Terms & Conditions, each individual qualifying dumpling contained within an eligible bundle will be treated as one Eligible Dumpling.

"Eligible Order"

means a genuine retail order:

  1. successfully placed through the official Rainbow Mystery website during the Promotional Period;

  2. containing at least one Eligible Dumpling;

  3. for which payment has been successfully received or authorised;

  4. which has not been cancelled or fully refunded before the applicable draw; and

  5. which is not fraudulent, fictitious or otherwise placed for the purpose of improperly manipulating the Promotion.

Rainbow Mystery may exclude an order or entry where it reasonably determines that it is fraudulent, fictitious, subject to an unauthorised payment, chargeback or payment reversal, or otherwise does not constitute a genuine retail transaction.

Nothing in this clause limits a customer's rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Which Draw an Entry Belongs To

The date and time the Eligible Order is successfully placed determines the applicable Draw Period.

Stock availability and fulfilment timing do not determine which draw an entry belongs to.

This means the following do not affect the applicable Draw Period:

  • whether the product was in stock or on backorder when purchased;

  • when incoming stock arrives;

  • when the order is packed;

  • when the order is dispatched; or

  • when the customer receives the order.

For example:

If a customer purchases six Eligible Dumplings on 5 September 2026, the customer receives:

SIX ENTRIES INTO DRAW #1.

Those entries remain in Draw #1 even if Rainbow Mystery has not yet received stock and the customer's order remains unfulfilled when Draw #1 takes place.

Similarly, an Eligible Dumpling purchased on 10 September will participate in Draw #2, regardless of when that order is subsequently fulfilled.

Entries do not carry forward between Draw Periods.

8. Backorders and Stock Arrival

Eligible Dumplings purchased while products are on backorder remain fully eligible for the Promotion.

The timing of stock arrival does not affect an entrant's eligibility.

The applicable draw will proceed on its scheduled Draw Date regardless of whether stock required to fulfil some or all orders has arrived.

A stock or fulfilment delay does not:

  • invalidate an otherwise valid entry;

  • change the Draw Period applicable to an entry;

  • postpone the applicable draw;

  • require a valid draw to be repeated; or

  • affect a valid winner's entitlement to their prize.

Where the winning customer's order is awaiting incoming stock, Rainbow Mystery will record that customer as the winner and allocate the corresponding Golden Ticket to their order.

When stock subsequently arrives and that order is packed, the corresponding Golden Ticket will be physically placed inside the winner's parcel before dispatch, where reasonably practicable.

9. The Prizes

There are three (3) prizes available.

Each prize consists of:

AUD $250 CASH

paid by electronic bank transfer.

Each Golden Ticket represents one AUD $250 cash prize.

The total maximum prize pool is:

AUD $750.

The three prizes are separate.

A single Golden Ticket does not entitle its holder to the entire AUD $750 prize pool.

No fee will be charged to a verified winner to receive their prize.

10. How Winners Are Determined

Following the close of each Draw Period, Rainbow Mystery will compile a final list of all valid Eligible Entries generated during that Draw Period.

Each Eligible Dumpling validly purchased during that Draw Period corresponds to one entry.

Each Eligible Entry will be allocated a unique sequential position commencing at number 1.

For example, if 500 Eligible Dumplings were validly purchased during Draw Period 1, there will be:

500 ELIGIBLE ENTRIES

numbered sequentially from 1 to 500.

Rainbow Mystery will use an electronic random number generator or equivalent electronic random-selection method to randomly select one winning entry from the applicable Draw Period.

Each valid Eligible Entry included in that draw will have an equal chance of being selected.

Because each Eligible Dumpling generates one Eligible Entry, purchasing more Eligible Dumplings during a Draw Period results in an entrant holding more entries in that draw.

The random selection will not otherwise take into account:

  • the monetary value of an order;

  • the particular edition or variety purchased;

  • whether the entrant is a new or returning customer;

  • the entrant's location; or

  • any other subjective consideration.

Rainbow Mystery will not manually choose the winners.

11. Draw Procedure

For each Draw Period, Rainbow Mystery will:

  1. close the applicable Draw Period at the advertised closing time;

  2. compile or export the qualifying customer, product and order information;

  3. remove orders or entries that do not satisfy these Terms & Conditions;

  4. determine the total number of Eligible Dumplings validly purchased during that Draw Period;

  5. create one Eligible Entry for each Eligible Dumpling;

  6. allocate each Eligible Entry a unique sequential number commencing at 1;

  7. record the total number of Eligible Entries;

  8. use an electronic random number generator or equivalent electronic random-selection method to randomly select one winning entry;

  9. identify the eligible customer associated with that winning entry;

  10. verify the winning entry;

  11. allocate the corresponding Golden Ticket to the winning customer and order; and

  12. retain reasonable evidence of the random selection and allocation.

If a selected entry is invalid, another random selection may be conducted from the remaining valid entries from that same Draw Period.

12. Draw Dates

The three draws will be conducted as follows:

Eligible purchases: 7:00pm AEST 25 August – 11:59pm AEST 7 September 2026

Draw Date: 8 September 2026

Prize: Golden Ticket #1 — AUD $250 cash

DRAW #2

Eligible purchases: 12:00am AEST 8 September – 11:59pm AEST 14 September 2026

Draw Date: 15 September 2026

Prize: Golden Ticket #2 — AUD $250 cash

DRAW #3

Eligible purchases: 12:00am AEST 15 September – 11:59pm AEST 20 September 2026

Draw Date: 21 September 2026

Prize: Golden Ticket #3 — AUD $250 cash

Entrants do not need to be present at a draw to win.

13. Records of the Draws

Rainbow Mystery will retain reasonable records of each draw for verification, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.

Records may include:

  • a copy of these Terms & Conditions;

  • relevant Eligible Order records;

  • the number of Eligible Dumplings purchased during each Draw Period;

  • the Eligible Entry list;

  • sequential entry numbers;

  • evidence of the electronic random selection;

  • the winning entry;

  • the corresponding winning customer and order;

  • the Golden Ticket allocated to the winner;

  • evidence of allocation or packing where appropriate;

  • communications with winners; and

  • evidence of payment of prizes.

Rainbow Mystery may screen-record or otherwise electronically record the random-selection process for verification purposes.

14. Allocation of Golden Tickets

Golden Tickets will be allocated as follows:

Golden Ticket #1 → Winner of Draw #1

Golden Ticket #2 → Winner of Draw #2

Golden Ticket #3 → Winner of Draw #3

Once a valid winner has been determined, Rainbow Mystery will privately record the allocation of that Golden Ticket to the corresponding winning customer and order.

Where the winning order has not yet been dispatched, the Golden Ticket will be physically inserted into that customer's order before dispatch.

The winner may therefore first discover that they have won when they open their Rainbow Mystery parcel.

Where a winner has multiple eligible unfulfilled orders, Rainbow Mystery may choose an appropriate unfulfilled order belonging to that winner in which to place the Golden Ticket.

15. Fulfilment During the Promotion

Rainbow Mystery does not need to wait until the overall Promotion closes on 20 September before fulfilling orders.

Orders may be packed and dispatched progressively as stock becomes available.

Once a Draw Period has closed and the winner of that Draw Period has been determined, Rainbow Mystery may begin or continue fulfilling orders from that Draw Period.

For example:

After Draw #1 is conducted on 8 September and Golden Ticket #1 is allocated, orders belonging to customers from Draw Period 1 may be fulfilled as stock becomes available, even though Draw Periods 2 and 3 have not yet concluded.

This process may be repeated following Draw #2 and Draw #3.

16. Winning Orders Awaiting Stock

A winner remains entitled to their prize even if their order cannot yet be fulfilled because Rainbow Mystery is awaiting incoming stock.

Where this occurs, Rainbow Mystery will record the winner and retain the corresponding Golden Ticket for that customer's order.

When stock becomes available and the winning order is packed, the Golden Ticket will be physically inserted into the parcel before dispatch, where reasonably practicable.

The winner's entitlement is not affected by the period between the draw and subsequent fulfilment of their order.

17. Golden Ticket Security

There will be only:

THREE GENUINE WINNING GOLDEN TICKETS.

Golden Tickets must not be:

  • copied;

  • reproduced;

  • counterfeited;

  • materially altered; or

  • fraudulently obtained.

A Golden Ticket will only entitle a claimant to a prize where Rainbow Mystery can reasonably verify the ticket and claimant against its confidential Promotion records.

Possession of a Golden Ticket alone does not permit someone other than the verified winner associated with the winning entry/order to claim the prize.

18. How to Claim

A customer who discovers a Golden Ticket should contact:

rainbowmysteryau@outlook.com

The winner should provide:

  • their full name;

  • their Rainbow Mystery order number; and

  • a clear photograph of the original Golden Ticket.

Rainbow Mystery may reasonably request additional information necessary to verify the winner's identity, their connection to the winning entry/order and the authenticity of the Golden Ticket.

Winners should retain the original Golden Ticket until their prize has been successfully verified and paid.

19. Verification and Payment of Prizes

All Golden Ticket claims are subject to reasonable verification.

Once successfully verified, each winner will receive:

AUD $250 CASH

by electronic bank transfer.

Rainbow Mystery will request the bank-account information reasonably required to make payment.

Rainbow Mystery will take reasonable steps to transfer the prize within 10 business days after:

  1. the winner has been successfully verified; and

  2. Rainbow Mystery has received the information reasonably required to make the transfer.

The winner is responsible for ensuring the bank-account details supplied are accurate.

Rainbow Mystery will never require a winner to pay a fee to receive their prize.

20. Invalid Winning Entries

If an entry selected in a draw is established to have been ineligible at the time of that draw, Rainbow Mystery may conduct a replacement random selection from the remaining valid Eligible Entries from the same Draw Period.

Any replacement selection will be documented in substantially the same manner as the original selection.

This provision does not permit Rainbow Mystery to retrospectively declare a genuinely valid winning entry ineligible merely to avoid awarding a prize.

21. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

Rainbow Mystery does not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds solely for change of mind, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This includes where a customer:

  • changes their mind after ordering;

  • purchases more products than they ultimately wish to keep;

  • places multiple orders;

  • purchases multiple Eligible Dumplings to obtain additional entries;

  • does not win a Golden Ticket; or

  • seeks to return otherwise satisfactory products because they did not receive a prize.

Participation in the Promotion does not create an additional right to return products.

If an Eligible Order is cancelled and fully refunded before the applicable draw, the entries generated by that order will become invalid.

Where part of an Eligible Order is cancelled or refunded before the applicable draw, entries corresponding to those cancelled/refunded Eligible Dumplings may be removed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where Australian Consumer Law entitles a customer to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy, Rainbow Mystery will comply with its obligations.

22. Fraud and Manipulation

Rainbow Mystery may disqualify an entry or reject a claim where it reasonably determines that a person has:

  • attempted to manipulate the Promotion;

  • created fraudulent or fictitious orders;

  • deliberately interfered with a draw;

  • provided materially false information;

  • reproduced or counterfeited a Golden Ticket;

  • attempted to claim a prize to which they are not entitled; or

  • otherwise engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct relating to the Promotion.

Rainbow Mystery may take reasonable steps to investigate suspected fraud.

23. Lost or Damaged Golden Tickets

Customers should take reasonable care of their Golden Ticket.

If a genuine Golden Ticket is accidentally damaged, the winner should retain the ticket and contact Rainbow Mystery.

Where a genuine Golden Ticket is lost or damaged, Rainbow Mystery may consider other reliable evidence available to verify the winning customer and order, including its confidential draw records.

A genuine winner will not automatically lose their entitlement merely because the physical Golden Ticket has been accidentally lost or damaged where their entitlement can otherwise reasonably be verified.

24. Claim Deadline and Unclaimed Prizes

Winners should contact Rainbow Mystery as soon as reasonably possible after discovering their Golden Ticket.

Prize claims must be submitted by:

11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2026

unless applicable law requires a different or longer claim period.

Any prize remaining unclaimed after the applicable claim period will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

25. Winner Notification and Publication

Rainbow Mystery may contact a winner directly using the contact details associated with the winning order where required or reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.

Rainbow Mystery may publish winner information where required by applicable Australian trade-promotion laws.

Where publication is legally required, Rainbow Mystery will publish only the information reasonably or legally required.

26. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Rainbow Mystery for purposes including:

  • administering the Promotion;

  • determining and recording entries;

  • conducting and recording draws;

  • determining and verifying winners;

  • contacting winners;

  • paying prizes;

  • preventing or investigating fraud;

  • resolving disputes; and

  • complying with applicable regulatory requirements.

Bank-account details supplied by a winner will be used for prize-payment and associated administrative purposes.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Rainbow Mystery's Privacy Policy, where applicable.

27. Winner Publicity

Rainbow Mystery may invite a winner to participate in photographs, videos, testimonials or social-media content relating to their Golden Ticket win.

Unless required by law, participation in such promotional content is voluntary.

A valid winner will not be required to participate in advertising, provide a testimonial or publish content on social media as a condition of receiving their AUD $250 prize.

28. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

If circumstances outside Rainbow Mystery's reasonable control materially prevent the Promotion from being conducted fairly or as intended, Rainbow Mystery may take reasonable steps to suspend, postpone, modify or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

Rainbow Mystery will not change these Terms & Conditions for the purpose of avoiding the award or payment of a valid prize.

Where a material change is required, Rainbow Mystery will take reasonable steps to notify affected entrants.

29. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits Rainbow Mystery's liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

30. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

The Promotion may be advertised through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google or other digital platforms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google or any other third-party digital platform.

Questions or complaints concerning the Promotion should be directed to Rainbow Mystery.

31. Advertising

Advertising for the Promotion should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.

Participation provides an entrant with a chance to win and does not guarantee that an entrant will receive a Golden Ticket.

EACH ELIGIBLE DUMPLING PURCHASED = ONE ENTRY.

Purchasing multiple Eligible Dumplings during a Draw Period therefore provides multiple entries into that Draw Period.

There are exactly:

with a:

TOTAL PRIZE POOL OF AUD $750.

One Golden Ticket winner will be randomly selected from each of the three Draw Periods.

Where abbreviated promotional wording is used, these full Terms & Conditions apply.

32. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, together with any mandatory laws or regulatory requirements applying to entrants in other Australian states or territories.

Nothing in this clause excludes any rights an entrant may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from the valid entries received during each Draw Period.

Backorders: Eligible backorders remain entered according to the date and time the order was placed. Stock arrival and fulfilment timing do not affect which draw applies.

Golden Tickets: Where a winning order is awaiting stock or has not yet been dispatched, the corresponding Golden Ticket will be physically inserted into the winner's order when that order is packed for dispatch.

Prize Payment: Electronic bank transfer.

Claim Deadline: 31 December 2026, subject to applicable law.
