Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate colours, not receiving your preferred colour, or not liking the mystery item received.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or unusable, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Approved resolutions

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Can I return it if I don’t like the colour?
No. Rainbow Mystery™ is a sealed mystery product, so colours are random and cannot be returned or swapped.
Can I exchange duplicates?
No. Duplicate colours are part of the mystery experience and are not eligible for exchange.
What if my item arrives faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Do you refund faulty items?
Yes, if your claim is approved after review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
